The restaurant at the Oddfellows has been converted from the original
barn. It can seat 60 - 70 with plenty of room. Large parties of up to 50 can be
accommodated with a special menu. If staying over the weekend it is always best to book a
table as the food has a good reputation locally and we are often fully booked.This is
where our guests also take their breakfasts.
The menu will always include
local Gilcrux trout, Cumbrian steaks, and our own famous dishes such as Lamb Jennings and
Beef and Ale pie as well as a good selection of other dishes including Vegeterian dishes
of the day and a blackboard with daily specials.
